1.前言 Background
剩余電流繼電器是檢測剩余電流，將剩余電流值與基準(zhǔn)值相比較，當(dāng)剩余電流值超過基準(zhǔn)值時(shí)，發(fā)出一個(gè)機(jī)械開閉信號（使機(jī)械開關(guān)電器脫扣或聲光報(bào)警裝置發(fā)出報(bào)警）的電器。剩余電流繼電器通常與低壓斷路器或低壓接觸器等組成組合式剩余電流保護(hù)裝置，主要適用于交流50Hz，額定電壓400V及以下的TT和TN系統(tǒng)配電線路，用來對電氣線路進(jìn)行接地故障保護(hù)，防止接地故障電流引起的設(shè)備損壞和電氣火災(zāi)事故，也可用來對人身觸電危險(xiǎn)提供間接接觸保護(hù)，因而可以在智能建筑供配電系統(tǒng)中廣泛應(yīng)用。

2.剩余電流繼電器主要用途 Main uses of residual current relay
2.1 間接接觸電擊保護(hù) Protection of Indirect Contact Electric Shock
間接接觸電擊保護(hù)的措施是自動切斷電源。GB 13955“對間接接觸電擊事故的防護(hù)"規(guī)定：“間接接觸電擊事故防護(hù)的主要措施是采用自動切斷電源的保護(hù)方式，以防止由于電氣設(shè)備絕緣損壞發(fā)生損壞事故。當(dāng)電路發(fā)生絕緣損壞造成接地故障。其故障電流值小于過電流保護(hù)裝置的動作電流值時(shí)，應(yīng)安裝剩余電流保護(hù)裝置。"研究表明，電氣裝置的任何部分發(fā)生絕緣故障時(shí)，一旦接觸電壓超過 50 V 時(shí)，需要在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)自動切斷故障部分電源。過電流保護(hù)裝置受電氣線路和設(shè)備及自身動作值限制，不能自動切斷電源。剩余電流保護(hù)裝置不受負(fù)荷電流影響，可與過電流保護(hù)裝置配合使用，作間接接觸電擊保護(hù) 。

2.2 接地故障保護(hù) Ground fault protection
接地是帶電導(dǎo)體和大地、接地的金屬外殼或與地有聯(lián)系的構(gòu)件之間的接觸，其故障可能導(dǎo)致人身電擊傷亡和設(shè)備損壞，嚴(yán)重時(shí)可能引發(fā)電氣火災(zāi)。接地故障保護(hù)過去通常采用過電流保護(hù)裝置進(jìn)行保護(hù)，當(dāng)接地故障電流大于過電流保護(hù)裝置定值時(shí)，由過電流保護(hù)裝置切斷故障電路。TT系統(tǒng)中額定電流較大、配電線路較長的線路，TN系統(tǒng)中帶電導(dǎo)線落地接地故障、不良的金屬性接地故障、電弧性接地故障時(shí)，都有可能出現(xiàn)接地故障電流小于過電流保護(hù)動作整定電流，過電流保護(hù)裝置不動作的情況。剩余電流保護(hù)裝置，或帶接地故障保護(hù)的斷路器，能可靠地進(jìn)行接地故障保護(hù)。

In TT system, the line with larger rated current and longer distribution line, grounding fault of live conductor, unsafe metallic grounding fault and arc grounding fault in TN system may occur that the grounding fault current is less than the setting current of over-current protection action, and the over-current protection device does not act. Residual current protection device, or circuit breaker with ground fault protection, can reliably carry out ground fault protection.
2.3 電氣火災(zāi)保護(hù) Electrical fire protection
電氣火災(zāi)通常由電氣短路引起，電氣短路包括金屬性短路和電弧性短路。前者是帶電導(dǎo)體間（如相與相之間、相與 N 線之間）短路，多以高溫熔焊金屬為通路，故障電流以千安計(jì)，高溫易使絕緣氧化而自燃，火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)雖大，但可用帶短路保護(hù)的斷路器和熔斷器保護(hù)，由斷路器瞬時(shí)動作切斷電源，避免火災(zāi)。后者是帶電導(dǎo)體對地短路，多以電弧為通路，故障電流雖小，但一方面電弧長時(shí)間延續(xù)，局部溫度高，很容易點(diǎn)燃周邊可燃物質(zhì)，引發(fā)火災(zāi)；另一方面，又不足以使一般斷路器動作跳閘切斷電源。所以電弧性短路引起火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于金屬性短路。帶剩余電流動作保護(hù)功能的斷路器可在過電流保護(hù)裝置不動作的情況下切斷保障電路，防止電弧性短路引發(fā)的電氣火災(zāi)。

住宅及賓館中的電熨斗、電吹風(fēng)、電熱水壺，使用頻率高，容易發(fā)生導(dǎo)線破損、水濺到插座等情況，嚴(yán)重危害人身，需要監(jiān)測漏電流并進(jìn)行保護(hù)。智能化住宅建筑和賓館客房中安裝了剩余電流繼電器，可以在發(fā)生漏電或觸電的情況下切斷電源，保護(hù)人身。

智能化建筑施工工地常用到散裝水泥和混凝土攪拌機(jī)、塔式起重機(jī)等各種建筑機(jī)械，手鉆、切割機(jī)等各種移動式用電工具，需要向它們臨時(shí)供電。一般建筑工地環(huán)境潮濕，人員繁多，結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，用電設(shè)備多為移動式，且配電線路長而復(fù)雜，容易受到外力破壞，很容易造成漏電，危害人員的。因此，在建筑工地一般要設(shè)置額定剩余動作電流在30 mA左右的剩余電流繼電器。
